We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We may ask for you to return the goods to us, if we do the we will refund the cost of return postage, in some cases replacements will be despatched on reciept of the returned item. We will occasionally close the site to perform essential maintenance tasks, but these occasions are few and of a short duration. They are usually planned to take place during the night or early hours of the morning. We are closed on all UK Public/ Bank Holidays and usually close for 12 extra days over the Christmas Period, although our website will remain open throughout.Orders placed during this time will not be processed until we arrive back into work.

Faulty or Wrong Goods Recieved
